Vending Machine Locations

📍 Location Agreement (For Location Owner)

We will install a vending machine at your location and connect you with one of our accredited vending operators.

The Location Owner agrees to:

• Location owner must provide appropriate space for the vending machine within the premises. No stairs, no hidden areas away from internet connection, no basement, it must be visible to everyone. Must have a direct socket, no extension wire to avoid motor problem.

• Location owner shall not charge the operator for electricity consumption or for placing the machine at the location.

• Location owner shall  ensure that the vending machine unit remains safe and secure at all times.

• Location owner shall actively support and promote the vending machine within the premises to help increase visibility and sales, including allowing reasonable placement, exposure, and internal promotion, as both parties will benefit from the income generated.

There will be a profit-sharing arrangement of up to a maximum of twenty percent (20%) of the net profit, subject to mutual agreement.

Both parties acknowledge that cooperation in promoting the vending machine is essential to maximize revenue and ensure a mutually beneficial partnership.

📍 Location Agreement – For ITA Vending Operator

Location Coordination Agreement

We will connect you with several potential locations. You may choose the location that best suits your business operations.

Terms:

• A location coordination fee of Php 1,000 per month will be collected for a period of one (1) year only.

• ITA Vending Operator must share  a profit-sharing arrangement of up to a maximum of twenty percent (20%) of the net profit.

• ITA Vending Operator shall not charge any usage fee or rental fee for putting the vending machine in the location.

• No electricity or location rental charges will be imposed by the location owner (unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement).

The operator shall remain responsible for:

• Technical support fees, if required.

• Replacement of parts and maintenance costs.

• Ensuring that the vending machine remains fully operational and properly maintained at all times.
