• Have an active social media account (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)

• Create original content (no reposted or stolen content)

• Maintain honest, transparent communication with their audience

• Follow all platform rules and local advertising laws

3. How Referrals Work

• You will receive a unique referral link or referral code

• Referrals must use your link/code to be tracked

• Only verified and completed sales/contracts qualify for commission

• Leads already in our system do not qualify for commission

4. Commission Structure

6. Content & Claims Policy (Very Important)

To protect credibility:

• Do NOT promise exact daily, weekly, or monthly earnings

• Do NOT guarantee business success

• Always communicate that results depend on:

  • Foot traffic

  • Product selection

  • Effort and management

7. Brand Use

• We reserve the right to verify referrals

• Any attempt to manipulate tracking will result in removal from the program

9. Termination Policy

We reserve the right to:

• Reject or remove affiliates at any time

• Cancel commissions for rule violations

• End the program with notice
