Rental for Marketing Purposes

Reservation Fee

A reservation fee of Php 30,000 is required to secure the unit.
The reservation must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to the event date.

Full Payment
Full payment must be settled upon delivery of the vending machine to the event location, prior to demonstration or setup.
An Official Receipt with VAT will be provided.
Please provide the complete billing details prior to delivery.

Machine Availability
Only a standard vending machine unit is available for rental.

Location Requirement
The vending machine must be placed indoors.

Power Requirement
A direct power socket is required.
Extension wires are not allowed as they may cause motor or spiral rotation issues.

Outdoor Setup
If the machine is placed outdoors, a tent or protective cover is required.

Custom Spiral Requests
If a different spiral configuration is required, we need at least two (2) weeks notice to source the necessary parts before the event.

Machine Handling
Please note that the vending machine weighs approximately 350 kg.
The machine can only be positioned once during logistics operations.
Moving the machine requires a jack lift and at least three (3) trained staff.

Urgent / Last-Minute Requests
Urgent bookings are possible.
However, an additional fee of Php 5,000 will apply for requests made less than three (3) days before the event.
This covers staff priority scheduling, overnight installation, and rush sticker preparation.

Staff Conduct Policy
Our company maintains a strict professional working environment.
Abusive language, shouting, or disrespectful behavior from any third-party staff toward our personnel will not be tolerated.
