Q. I am interested to buy a vending machine but i dont know what type of vending machine i want to buy, and i dont know what to put. im a first time user, can you help me?

A.Our best selling vending machine is the standard type unit. This is user friendly and plug and play. You can put any items you want to sell in your machine, can be edible or non edible. Items commonly put is snacks and soda, and pwede po natin lagyan ng selection for spiral noodles or if may other items kayo na gustong ilagay. 

Q. May coffee vending machine kayo? 

A. As of now wala po, we stop selling po. Madami po kasi problem. Pag napasukan na ng kahit isang coachroach , wala na po ang machine sira na agad, mahirap na kasi po maalisan ng coackroach mabilis po kasi sila dumami lalo pag hindi nalklinisan. 

Q. Panu po gude tutorial pag may sira po vending machine?

A. May whats app and viber support po tayo maam, pls send us a video ng problem, - we will forward it po sa supplier and we will guide you how to troubleshoot. We also have youtube videos, guide in your vending account sa mga common troubleshooting and instruction guide. 

Q. Can i sell snacks and soda in the vending machine?

A. Yes po, you can sell any products you want to sell. Pwede snacks and soda, pwede school supplies, pwede ung pharmacy type, pwede cake, speakers, toys, kahit anu po, we will custom the tray for you para magkasya mga products ninyo. 

Q. May nakita ako sa Japan na snacks and soda, pwede po ba combine tapos may fridge po?

A. Yes po maam. Our vending machine has 6 trays, ung 3 layers from top, light items lang po pwede ilagay, mga chips, cookies, chocolates, anything light po. Sa baba ung drinks, hindi po pwede na lahat drinks ilalagay nyo po, sasabog po pag nahulog from the top. You will need elevator add on to pick up products galing sa taas para di po sumabog. 

Q. Anu po lead time delivery ng mga machines, diba sinabi nyo po na pre order?

A. Yes po maam. 6-8 weeks po

Q. Paanu pong 6-8 weeks? Kelan po magsisimula ung 6-8 weeks?

A. From initial payment po, dun po mag start ung counting. We will order parts na need, Production time is 25 days po. From here, you will give us information anu gagawin sa tray, anu mga ilalagay nyo po sa vending machine, kung snacks and soda lang po, or may cup noodles din, iba iba po kasi, we fully customize po. and sticker design, your own branding and logo.  In 25 days,  we will send you photos and videos of the vending machines kung tama po lahat, pag approved nyo na po tray and stciker and all,you can pay na po ng 55% and ready for shipping na. 

2 weeks sa sea shipping, loading sa warehouse and arrival na north port sa manila. 

3 weeks maximum sa custom dito po pinakamatagal, pero minsan they release po agad. We can deploy po agad with our technician, tuturuan po kayo, sa location po mismo, then after demo and okay na po machine, everything is working, you can transfer na po the remaining 20%. 

Q. Wala po ba kayo discount? 

A. We offer discount of 20k po pag full cash payment,  repeat buyer or if more than 2 units po bibilhin ninyo. 

Q. May warranty po kayo? anu po warranty ng machines?

A. We offer one year warranty of spare and motor parts po. After that, you can also purchase parts po sa amin din, may discount din naman po. 

Q. Paanu po pag may problem machine paanu po maaayos agad?

A. Any problem of the vending machine, pls send us a video kung anu problem. Most problems we need to see the screen status depende po sa problem isama nyo po screen when sending a video. Clear po video para maintindihan. We will help po po how to fix agad the problem, otherwise, we will send the video to our supplier and they will tell us paanu aayusin and we will guide you po.

Q. Paanu po di namin kaya ayusin, hindi namin alam gagawin 

A. Our vending machines are easy to use, we have video guides kung anu mga pipindutin or gagalawin. We can tell by the video you sent to us if need palitan ng parts, we will send it po sa inyo for free. The price of the parts usually varies from 15k-30k. Tech request fee lang po babayaran ninyo, 2000 plus transpo within Metro Manila and 2.5k plus transpo outside Metro Manila. 

Q. Pwede po Gcash sa vending machine ninyo?

A. yes, on android vending machines.

Q. Gusto ko sana ung vending machine ko pwede tumanggap ng debit and credit card payments. Pwede ba yun?

A. Yes po maam, pwede po. Purchase add on lang po tayo ng Nayax unit, 31k po eto, we will install on your vending machine. We use Nayax coz un lang po compatible sa mga machines namin, you can choose other supplier pero lagi po sira, we dont guarantee. 

Once may Nayax unit na po kayo, you can have al cashless payments pwede po Debit Card, Credit Card, Paymaya and Gcash. 

For transparency, may annual payment po na 30,000 (20k nalang eto discounted price), may Onetime onboarding fee na 30,000 (20k nalang din po) 3% every transaction and Nayax fees. Since wala po company na Nayax in the Philippines, 2c2p acts on their behalf. If mahal po mga items na gusto ninyo ibenta like expensive toys, vape or anything above 500 pesos, maganda po may cashless. Pero pag snacks and soda lang, mahal po lugi po kayo maam. 

In addition, all cashless payments kailangan po may business permit na po kayo, direct po sa bank ninyo ang disbursement once the bank approves your account. 

Q. Pwede ba bills and coins muna na machine bilhin ko and later on nalang cashless paglagay?

A. We recommend upon purchase po palagyan na para maayos pagkabutas and set up ng nayax 

Q. Gusto ko sana cashless na gcash sa standard vending machine ko maam, pwede ba yun?

A. Our standard vending machine cannot have gcash po. Gcash is only on android kasi po QR code gingamit sa interface ng android. Wala po po capacity ung standard for gcash na tap and pay. 

Q. Snacks and soda po ilalagay ko sa machine pang benta, baka pwede po cashless lagyan. 

A. OKay po cashless maam pag more than 500 price ng products ninyo, mahal po kasi mga fees ng cashless payments.
