Troubleshooting guide for Standard system

• Always update the inventory after every refill.

• 1st password - 888888 (General )

• 2nd password - 125808521

1. Press the Yellow button . Enter the Password 888888 on the screen

2. Hover to Price setting, choose individual, entire tray, or entire selection.

3. Enter the Selection Number, the price

4. Then press the Enter.

2. Hover to Inventory Settings. Choose individual Selection

3. Enter the selection number, Put how many products on the selection

ex. currently 2 chips and you added 4 more, put 6 on the inventory

4. Press Enter to confirm.

2. Hover to Fault Diagnosis

3. Clear All the Error ( Jammed Section, Motor and Lift Error )

4. Clear and Exit. Restart the Vending Machine

3. Choose Daily or Monthly or Yearly.

Step 1: Provide to us the Machine ID so we can check the back end

• Go to the settings, press the yellow button for settings,

• then enter the password 125808521.

• Look for Temperature Controller Parameter-Slave

• Send us 3 pictures.

• 1st - Temperature controller parameter settings that looks like below.

• 2nd - picture of the 5 inches screen where the temperature is displayed

• 3rd - picture of the compressor where the temperature shows.
