The Compressor Doesnt get cold Problem 1

Scenario:

Customer complain of her vending machine not cold. In the video that she sent, the compressor shows UH CUH and 36.

INSTRUCTIONS:

• CHECK the temperature parameter and CHANGE THE MODE TO COL

step 1

• press the yellow button to open settings

• Enter the 2nd password - 125808521

• Look for the temperature controller parameter and correctly set to the right numbers. see photo below

• Put Defrosting period 3

• Put Defrosting time 10

• confirm. save and done.

Also, change to Refrigeration mode. see photo above.

Client said: The vending Machine is so hot

Reason: Because it is on thermostatic mode, not a cooling mode.

Other things to check:

• Check if there is cool air

• Take a picture of the copper tube (the circled)

• Is the copper cold?

  All above answer is no.

  ISSUE: There is no refrigerant.
