Purchase Process

STEPS TO ORDER:

1.Submit a scanned copy of your ID (itadishph@gmail.com)

2. We will provide a Contract of Agreement template, editable. Remove /add for your approval 

3. Final contract for signature.

If within Metro Manila or nearby, we will have it notarized and send it to you via Lalamove.

If outside Metro Manila, we will have it notarized, send you a scanned copy of the notarized contract in your email, the original document we will have our technician bring it in person during demo / deployment/ delivery.

4. Pay the initial payment of 25%. (we can finish the unit in 15-25 days)

Purchase process starts from the day of the payment. Here, we count at least 25 days.

Tray Configuration

  • Within this days, we will finalize your tray configuration, if its just snacks and soda regular template or

  • Custom Tray configuration - with this, you will have to send us the exact measurement of the product in cm, length, width and height. Pls provide also photos.

  • Pls note that we cannot accept very small item ( we dot have spiral for that - or you can put in a container so it can stand); and we also don't accept 1 liter products. This is too big and not possible.

Custom Sticker

  • Still in this phase, after payment, you have to submit your sticker design - if you need a custom sticker on your vending machine.

  • Please note that we will only give you one week to make this design, submit it to us, our designer will configure it. Then we will send it back to you for approval. Once approved, we will proceed to printing.

  • In any case, there will be a delay in submitting your design, the production date of 25 days shall be extended as well. Pls note that delay in submitting your sticker design counts as double delay for us. Sticker printing and installation is just outsource - any delay, we will have to book again. If you need rush for your vending machine, kindly ask us for template of the sticker template in advance or download below.

  • Our design team can only design basic design if you need us to do, this is free. We can do one or two colors plain, send us your logo and any words that you want to write in your vending machine. You can also find ideas on pinterest, send us a screenshot, and we will try to copy this design.

  • For a complicated design, you need to hire a designer. We will send you the template of the sticker so your designer can design from there and know the exact measurement.

  • Printing and installation of your sticker on vending machine is one time (free) only. If you need a new one, the price is Php 13,500 / $230.

5. Once the unit is done, we will provide photos and videos for your approval. If tray configuration is okay, sticker design and color is okay.

6. Once everything is approved, kindly deposit the 55% second payment. Shipping will be from Singapore Port to Manila North Port.

Pls do not delay in payment, any delay in payment will also cause delay in delivery of the vending machine. Upon payment, we need at least

  • 2 weeks - Delivery to port, Warehouse storage for boarding, Sea shipping Singapore to Manila. Then another

  • 3 weeks in the custom. This is usually the longest. We don't have any control over this. There is also a possibility that it could last more than 3 weeks if the officer randomly opens the machine and tagged as red instead of green. However, this doesn't happen all the time.

7. Once the vending machine has arrived in customs, we will inform you immediately. At this time, if you require to have a cloud account in your vending machine, pls provide us a;

  • Registered simcard under your name.

  • Any simcard is possible that has a good data coverage in the location where you will put your vending machine.

  • Smart is the most preferred sim. This is easy to reload on gcash, Magic 599 , no expiry, can last up to 3 months.

8. A week prior to delivery, we will send you softcopy of all the manuals.

9. Schedule for delivery.

10. For locations outside Metro Manila, pls note that you will cover accommodation and food of our technician(s). Location must be accessible and near the installation of the vending machine.

You can request a demo of 1 or 2 days. A week's demo is not possible.

11. Upon delivery of the vending machine, we need to rest it at least 2-3 days to give time from the long distance travel. This is to avoid damage of the compressor. The vending machine works like a fridge, it also have a fridge, a fan and compressor.

12. Upon delivery, we require the final payment of 20%.

Pls note that you can purchase a unit in advance without location. We offer 5 months of free warehouse storage.

13. We offer One-year spare and motor parts warranty. Parts and Motors are free for one year. This cost roughly from Php 5,000 - 50,000. Paymet for the technician is not included. Payment is 2300 within Metro Manila and 2500-3500 outside Metro Manila plus transport.
