How to report a problem ( in general )

Step 1: Identify the Problem and Provide Documentation

Analyze the problem first, then take clear photos and videos of the machine.

Example 1: Temperature Issue

If the problem is incorrect temperature, please take a photo or video of the main power switch and the vending machine screen.

Send the photos and videos together with the machine number of the vending machine experiencing the issue.

Example 2: Coin Acceptor Issue

If the coin acceptor is not working properly or does not give correct change, please provide a video and the machine ID so we can perform a test buy and see the issue.

You may also do basic troubleshooting by opening the coin or bill acceptor to check if someone inserted foreign objects or random items inside.

Important Reminder

✅ We need photos and videos so we can clearly see what happened to the machine.

Please provide only the following:

• Machine number

• Description of the problem

• Photos

• Videos

This will allow us to analyze the issue and guide you through the correct steps so the problem can be fixed quickly and efficiently.
