All our vending machines, you can save electricity by timing refrigeration time when the unit is not in use.

PAYMENT SYSTEM POSSIBLE WITH THIS UNIT:

Bill Acceptor:

• Receives 20,50,100,200,500,1000

• Option to close 200,500 and 1,000 (for change handling)

• Does not change (change is the usual cause of being stuck up)

• Pls contact us to request a bill acceptor unit with keys (this is usually for Vending Operators that has a different person that refills and collects money. To secure the money that will just be collected by 1 person).

• All custom units are available for purchase only.

Coin Acceptor:

• Receives Old Coins 1,5,10, and the new 20 coins

• Can change 1,5,10, and the new 20 coins

IC Card Payment

• This is similar to beep card, the size of a credit card.

• This can be customized; your own design, logo, and branding.

• This is mostly use for companies that wants to give their employees free products on the vending machine. They will give an amount to the card monthly so the staff can use it to buy on the vending machine "tap and pay"

• All custom units are available for purchase only.

Token Payment

• Token is almost the size of a 1 peso

• This can be customized your own design. If we will use your own design, you will provide us at least 20 pcs in advance so we can set up your token payment system.

• There will no bills, coins, ic card on this machine, only token for payment.

• This can be use for companies or events.

• All custom units are available for purchase only.

Gcash Payment

• This unit is available for gcash payments.

• Gcash doesnt have scanner type for vending machine yet

• Payments for Gcash is only available thru QR Code - This is an Android type of vending machine.

Credit, Debit Card, Paymaya, Gcash Payment

• Additional fee of Php 35k to purchase Nayax Unit

• Nayax unit will allow swiping of cards and tap payments for PayMaya and gcash

• A complete business Permit is mandatory. From DTI or sec, mayors, and BIR.

• All payments received from the Vending Machine go directly to your bank.

• All cashless transactions will be with another company called - Payment gateway provider.

• Other fees:

• Onboarding Fee (one time) Php 20,000 - for bank

• Annual Fee ( every year) Php 20,000 - to the payment gateway provider

• Nayax Fee ( one time ) Php 20,000 nayax international will charge you this.

• 3% fee or more per transaction on the vending machine.

• This is advisable if you are selling products above Php 500, like toys. souvenirs, perfumes, etc.

• All custom units are available for purchase only.

No Payment System

• No Payment system.

• We will set the price to zero, so when customers press the number of the selection they want to purchase, the product will just fall, not requiring any payment

• This type of unit is sometimes bought by rich and famous individuals to provide snacks and refreshments to their staff while in their home or office.

• This type of unit can also be used for events, marketing promotions for your products that fit in the vending machine tray. You can put lipstick, souvenirs, bigger items written on paper inside a coffee cup, a folded tote bag, etc.

Note:

• All custom units are for purchase only.

• Delivery lead time is 6-8 weeks or 2 months.

• Pls note that there is always a possibility of delay for sea shipping and customs, which is beyond our control.  However, this doesn't happen all the time, at least once in 2 years.

• On-hand vending machines cannot be customized; tray configuration is standard for drinks and snacks. Only the sticker design with logo and branding can be customized. 

• You will refill products from the supermarket or your own products. 

• Income will be fully yours; we will just guide with troubleshooting.

• Live demo, Videos, Manuals, hardcopy, and Softcopy available that you can access anytime 

Since we fully customize our vending machines, 

you can opt to remove some features for a lower price

Payment is divided into 3 for 2 months (25%

, 55% and 20%)

Discount of 20,000 for full payment (one time).

We offer a discount on the next order.

Installment Option:

6 months = plus 5%

1 year = plus 10%

Delivery will be once 80% is paid.

PAYMENT TERMS:

• 25% initial Deposit (upon contract signing),

• 55% before shipping and

• 20% upon delivery/deployment or within a month if availing of free warehouse storage. Penalty for delayed payments.

FREE DELIVERY WITHIN METRO MANILA

• The buyer will be responsible for shipping and

logistics outside Metro Manila

• Supplier shall be responsible for flights, boats, and extra support of the technician. The buyer is responsible for the accommodation of the technician and food for the whole stay. Demo is at least 1-2 days maximum, and shall not exceed 5 days.

DELIVERY LEADTIME:

• 6-8 weeks (From initial payment to your door/location)

• For interisland, an additional 14-17 days ( delivery to warehouse in Manila, ready for boarding, waiting for boarding on the next boat - these usually take days + seashipping and another few days waiting time to offboard/unload).
