 Payment Terms

• 25% initial deposit (contract signing)

• 55% before shipping

• 20% upon delivery or within 1 month (if stored free in warehouse)

• Penalties apply for late payments

• Discount: ₱20,000 off for full payment

• Discounts available for next orders

Installment Options

• 6 months: +5%

• 12 months: +10%

• Delivery once 80% is paid

• Valid ID (scanned)

• Bank statement (optional)

• PDCs (optional)

 Delivery

Free delivery within Metro Manila

• Outside Metro Manila: buyer shoulders logistics

• Supplier handles flights/boats/tech support

• Buyer provides accommodation & meals for technician

• Demo: 1–2 days (max 5 days)

Inter-Island Deliveries

• Add 14–17 days for sea transport, boarding, offloading
